Farewell thou once Living being,
Farewell I say!.
As the choristers and the priests bid the
Farewell in their own way,
Their words pierce and stab my heart.

ILLUSIONS.

You spend all your money
Trying to make those friends
But deep down you know it's a waste.
Cause they never gonna understand  what you feel deep in your heart
You spend all your time, trying to get that heart so they love you in the same way, but
Every time it fails, you come back and cry again...

Where Do You Fall In?

Heb 6:7 For the "earth" which drinks in the "rain" that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God;
Heb 6:8 but if it bears" thorns and briars", it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.

Love Keeps Me Awake.

Sleep in my eyes,  but love keeps me up.
My heart is awake to give her attention,
my breath is alive to tell her "I'll always be here for you" ,
my mouth is awake to sing the hymns of the garden birds,

my fingers are awake to forge for her precious gift of admiration for her .
My feet will walk the distance for her while i carry her at my back,
Let her  name be on the walls of the streets,
Let her name be written on all materials of clothing that her memories will always be   everywhere,

Life Is...

Life is beautiful.
Life is happy.
Life is tough.
Life is rough.
But in all;
Life is beautiful.
Life is just .
Life is pure .
Life is love .
There is more to life than pain .

Smile Baby.

Struggling to find something real, yet unreal and impossible to find.
Searching for the impossible in possible places,
finding what are out of this world yet in this world...
I feel it that am close to getting it, yet I feel I haven't even started.

Seeking for true friendship,
pure as the evening lakes,
fresh as the morning wind and sweet as the night dreams,
Like stairs of pure gold is her friendship to me.

Too Much To Ask?

Will it be too much to ask, if i asked for ur smile..
Will it be too much to ask, if i asked for ur giggles..
Will it be too much to ask  if I asked for one minute to chat with you..

Will it be too much to ask, if I asked for the scent of your short dark ocean hair ..
Will it be too much to ask, if allow me to sit beside you and listen to all ur worries..

Say The Words...

I'LL SAY THE WORDS NOT TO HURT HER,
I'LL SAY THE WORDS TO PLEASE HER,
I'LL SAY THE WORDS TO KEEP HER,

I'LL SAY THE WORDS TO CARE FOR HER,
I'LL SAY THE WORDS THAT MAKES HER GLAD,
I'LL SAY THE WORDS THAT GIVES HER HONEY DRIPPING HEART,
I'LL SAY THE WORDS WITH YOUR NAME WRITTEN ALL OVER IT,
I'LL SAY THE WORDS THAT CAUSES HER CHEEKS TO BLOSSOM LIKE THE WILD ROSE,

She Loves Another.

Am trying to make this right, but am not seeing my paints and brushes to paint your beauty,
I wanna tell my wrongs but my heart is playing tricks on me, but my head sees the picture
clearly but shakes its head at my heart because it allows feelings and emotions cloud it's judgment...
My heart says one thing but my head believes another thing.
Tell me the truth, is there any space for me to dwell in your heart?...
Drowning in the ocean of guilt over wat I have done, it's too late..

How To Prevent Premature Ageing Of The Skin.

Is aging skin preventable?Sure, if you believe the ads for products that claim to slow the aging process. But how much is your aging skin really under your control?樂樂樂
Everybody has to grow older, and that includes visible signs of aging on your skin. With age, the skin suffers natural wear-and-tear, just like the rest of our bodies. But much of what we think of as natural aging is in fact due to sun exposure and other factors. That means it can be avoided -- and it's never too late to start.珞

Normal Aging of Skin-Collagen, Elastin, and Sagging Skin: Underlying our skin is a fiber meshwork of collagen and elastin -- proteins that keep skin firm. When skin is stretched, this protein matrix snaps it back into place. As we age, the fiber network weakens, and skin sags

Surrounded By Walls.

Hebrews  12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses,
One way or the other whether you believe me or not. We're all in a maze of life with walls all around us, I don't mean physically walls in it's literal sense but walls of wickedness, rebuke, judgement, condemnation, disapproval, distrust, hatred, temptation, influence, watching,
religion, beliefs, worries, trouble, anger etc all this walls surrounds us and we all walk through the maze of this walls, one wall just keep leading to another, the more we grow, the more we discover that more walls are being built, more higher and so massive.

These walls define, who we really are. Some of this walls are built by us and others were built by those all-round us. Some walls are meant for our good for a good moral living while some are just the opposite. In confusion we go round these walls Looking for the exit but none seem to be any closer, instead the deeper we go into confusion in this maze. Do you ever wonder, why you see

Dreams Vision Of Tomorrow

What is a dream?

Dictionary meaning says dream;

- Imaginary events seen in the mind while sleeping.
- A visionary scheme; a wild conceit; an idle fancy.
- To see imaginary events in one's mind while sleeping.
-To envision as an imaginary experience
- A series of thoughts, images, or emotions occurring during sleep
- A visionary creation of the imagination

Well written definition of a dream, it's definitely an imagination, but the more I look deeper into this dictionary meaning as a Christian, I discover that as a Christian those definitions are completely wrong.

I compared it with dreams as a Christian and dreams before I became a Christian and I noticed one that, when I became born again; I dream and it happens, just like seeing the future in the now. Imagination doesn't work that way... Imaginations dies off as an

Avoid Bad Habits

So you've started living right and eating better...You try to exercise often and you're going to bed on time and getting a good night's rest. But darned if there isn't usually a soda can or a coffee cup parked innocently on your desk every day...(I'm so guilty of the coffee part) and after work, you still enjoy the occasional cigarette now and then.

These little foibles might not seem like a big deal, but they're often displayed plain as day on your face, which suffers from activities like smoking and drinking caffeine and alcohol. Smoking slows blood flow to the skin which robs it of oxygen and nutrients, and can also lead to a more aged appearance -- puckered mouths inhaling smoke and squinted eyes keeping it out can cause an

Danger! Groups Of People To Avoid Getting Married To.

Marriage is the intimate union and equal partnership of a man and a woman. Marriage is both a natural institution and a sacred union because it is rooted in the divine plan of  God . It's the journey of a life time, where in, Gods original Agenda for mankind, Divorce was never an
option. This is why, before embarking on this ' journey of a lifetime,'  you must make sure it's for the right reasons, purpose and with the 'right person'.
If you enter into marriage with the wrong person, it's not beautiful, it's not sweet, rather it's filled with bitterness, anger, frustration, tension, fear, worry  etc. There is a popular saying :

Understanding the Deception of Passive Aggressive People.

Passive aggression is a form of anger, except the anger is expressed with a smile instead of the typical expressions. Passive aggressive people are experts at sugar coating hostility. They often use procrastination, bumbling inefficiency, and the exasperating excuse of “I forgot” to avoid commitments or let you down. They appear eager to please, but know exactly how to make you mad. They can be infuriating because of their seductive or innocent veneers.
    Here are some examples:

Your spouse brings home yet another gallon of ice cream after you've specifically asked him or her not to do this because you are trying to lose weight.
A friend keeps arriving an hour late for a dinner date leaving you waiting over and over again.

 Nutritious Diet

Not all products that are skin-care musts are found in bathroom drawers; some pop up in the kitchen.
Although more extensive research needs to be done on the subject, many foods are strongly suspected of helping skin stay young and healthy looking.
Therefore it's a good idea to eat foods that are fresh and not overly processed -- try shopping more at your local markets and not the high-end supermarkets -- that's where the less healthy food typically lurks. A balanced mix of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants should keep your skin vibrant.
* Biotin, a type of vitamin B, helps replenish skin, along with your hair and nails.

'What Mentally Strong People Do When Things Go Wrong.

Explanations and excuses are not the same thing. It is rare to hear someone say, "Sorry I'm late. I should have left my house sooner." You will much more likely hear, "Sorry to keep you waiting but traffic was terrible,” or, “I would have been on time, but I had to stop at the store and it was really busy.”
There is a critical difference between an explanation and an excuse: An explanation accepts full responsibility for a mistake. An excuse places blame, minimizes liability, and tries to avoid consequences.
Explanations are pivotal to repairing your relationships and learning from your mistakes.

Excuses, on the other hand, hold you back. Trying to convince others—or even yourself—why your shortcomings are justified can be self-destructive. Despite the problems associated with excuses, for many people they have become commonplace.

Excuses Deflect Responsibility

When young children get caught misbehaving, they often blame someone around them: "He made me do it.” Grown-up excuses are slightly more sophisticated, whether it's a student telling his professor, “I couldn’t get that paper done because my computer wasn’t working,” or a man telling his partner, "I can't help that my ex-girlfriend keeps calling me." But the underlying message is the same: “It’s not my fault.”

Sometimes people assume excuses will help them escape consequences. By saying, “I shouldn’t be to blame,” they expect others to take pity on them and not hold them accountable. Unfortunately, excuses can become a way of life. Some people insist that every thing from their stress load to their difficult childhood is keeping them from achieving their goals.

Yet, covering up your mistakes with excuses damages your relationships as well as your reputation. How can someone trust you to do better next time if you claim that today's mistake was completely out of your control? Before you can begin convincing someone that you won't let it happen again, you need to accept personal responsibility for your behavior.

Excuses Temporarily Relieve Uncomfortable Emotions

Shirking responsibility temporarily relieves feelings of shame, guilt, and fear. According to a 2014 study in the Journal of Consumer Research, claiming you didn’t have a choice in the matter reduces emotional discomfort in the short-term. Researchers discovered that when people justified their behavior by saying they were “forced” to indulge in guilty pleasures, they experienced fewer negative emotions.

For example, when participants experienced pressure by others to blow their diet, they were less likely to worry about the long-term consequences of overindulging since they were convinced they “had” to do it. But when offered options without the same pressure, people who indulged experienced regret.

Clearly, blaming others for your choices can relieve the uncomfortable emotions that accompany acceptance of responsibility. Rather than trying to escape uncomfortable emotions, build mental strength so you can tolerate the discomfort.

Create Results Not Excuses

You can learn from your mistakes by looking for explanations. Accept full responsibility for the way you think, feel, and behave without blaming other people or circumstances. Don’t waste valuable time and energy trying to justify why you shouldn’t be held accountable.

Examine your role in executing the problem. Take time to discover exactly where you went wrong so you can use that information to improve. By being able to say, “Yes, that’s my fault. Here is how I will avoid making that mistake next time," you increase your chance of success.

Skincare Essential Tips 1

Today we would be talking about some basic skincare essentials that would leave your skin looking healthy and well taken care of.
The Skin is the largest organ in the human body, yet it's often woefully taken for granted. People pamper their hearts and agonize over their waistlines, but their skin can get totally overlooked. Sure, they might spread a little lotion on their body, but that's often the extent of
many skin-care regimes.
That is not, however, what dermatologists recommend. Your Skin needs a little TLC to stay healthy, just like every other organ you have, and that means making some time for it on a daily basis. Some of this stuff is just sound advice that benefits other parts of the body as well, but lots of it is quite specific to skin. So in no particular order, here are 10 daily must-haves if you want to sport younger, healthier looking skin.

• Cleansers

We'll kick it off with the basics: Cleansers are your friends. This probably doesn't come as a big shock to anyone, but one of the simplest strategies for making sure your skin has a healthy glow is to wash it. Different skin types need different cleansers, so as with many skin-care products, look for one tailored to your specific needs.

Facing shelf after shelf of cleansers at the grocery store can be daunting, but here are a few

Wearing The Leadership Shoe.

There is a popular saying that "leaders are made, not born", just as the reverse "leaders are born, not made"  holds saliency. In life we all born leaders. A leader is not just the person who is at the head of the chain of command, or place of authority. No.
As long as you have the breath of life in you, you are a leader. How?  In life the things we do, wether positive or negative, one way or the other  affects people around us. Be it our immediate family, friends, colleagues at work, strangers we meet on the streets, etc. There are people who look up to us, watching how we do things, our life styles, way of talking, dressing, eating and even the

Private Hell : Episode 3

It wasn't until two days later before fears returned. Tamara was in the kitchen washing the used plates as she ached from the pains that habited her body, but more especially, the sharp pain that played across her hearts. She knew things would never be the same and she had no idea what to do. She had made up her mind not to say anything, but she knew it would only be a matter of time before he knew. Well, until then, she would pretend like everything is okay. She was still washing when a loud knock on the door jolted her out of her thoughts.

Slowly, she wiped her hands dry, wondering who was at the door. She quickly stole a look at the wall clock, 8:30am.
Tamara froze on her feet as she opened the door. Her mouth slowly opened as she set her eyes on him.
Slowly and gently, she took her steps backwards, allowing him gain access into the house.
Segun bowed his head in shame.
A thousand and one unexplainable emotions raced her body as she stared him. To cry or to scream, she was confused.
She could only shake her head as moments quickly passed.
Segun went on his kneels as he began to sob quietly.
A tear escaped her eye cage as she saw the bunch of rose flowers in Segun's hand. He knew she was a sucker for rose flowers, but the situation at hand, was really bigger than any ornamental gifts.
"I am sorry", Segun managed to say amidst the sobs.

Tamara remained speechless. Her mind was trying to figure out how she will break the news to him. She knew it would hurt him, and she was scared of how he would react.

Private Hell : Episode 2

The phone kept ringing, so she decided to take the phone to him.
As she picked the phone, the call ended and the text message prompt came up.
She staggered for a second or more at what she saw. The ID was Abigail saying, 'I am missing you tonight.”
She blinked her eyes hoping to see something else, then the phone began ringing again. ID was Abigail.
Segun rushed into the room like a man being pursued.
She handed over the phone to him and watched him quake as he saw the caller ID.
Quietly she retired onto the bathroom to finish off her laundry, leaving him to answer his call.
Segun ended the call, threw the phone to the bed and rubbed his palms around his head. This was already getting too much, he thought, and if he was not careful, it would destroy him. He has to make up his mind.

He turned to leave the room, only to meet the hot stare of Tamara.
"Who was that?"
"Err.. Err.. My colleague at the office." his voice quaked.
She shook her head in disappointment, "Segun!!!! Haaa!! Your colleague is calling you by 10pm, haaaa!!"
