Inspirational Story About The Legendary Alexander the Great.

Alexander, after conquering many kingdoms, was returning home. On the way, he fell ill and it took him to his death bed. With death staring him in his face, Alexander realized how his conquests, his great army, his sharp sword and all his wealth were of no consequence.

He now longed to reach home to see his mother’s face and bid her his last adieu. But, he had to accept the fact that his sinking health would not permit him to reach his distant homeland. So, the mighty conqueror lay prostrate and pale, helplessly waiting to breathe his last. He called his generals and said, “I will depart from this world soon, I have three wishes, please carry them out without fail.” With tears flowing down their cheeks, the generals agreed to

Signs Your Vagina Is Healthy

The vagina is one important body part you should never ignore. Any suspicious changes should be investigated as you risk major issues to your body if you keep assuming all is well.
An unhealthy vagina could mean you have contracted an STD, and this can be deadly. Ignoring symptoms can even affect your reproductive health.

1) It  has it’s own ecosystem :

That’s what all the discharge is about! It has it’s own pH, gets rid of bacteria on it’s own, it’s just plain amazing. But, being your own delicate ecosystem also means you’re supersensitive. So, if your vagina is super sensitive and gets thrown off easily when you try to alter that

5 Characteristics Of A Controlling Man

Do you know that a man who is caring and dedicated? Watch out! Men do not always show their true personality at the beginning of the relationship.

Some men who show these qualities early in the relationship after a few months may begin to give clues that they want to have control of each step of yours. However, not every woman knows how to identify a controlling man.

Most controlling men are overly jealous and criticize the partner’s friendships, and even interfere with their decisions. Have you ever had or have a boyfriend or husband driver? Next,

Real Winners Don't Give Up

This is a true story of a young woman who went through the most gruesome fire. When you read her story, you’ll realize that your trials are absolutely nothing compared to what this young girl went through. It was September 25, 2000. Maricel Apatan was an 11-year old girl in Zamboanga. On that day, this little girl went with her uncle to draw water.

Along the way, four men met them. They were carrying long knives. They told her uncle to face down on the ground, and they hacked him on the neck and killed him.Maricel was in total shock, especially that the men were their neighbors. She tried to escape, but the men ran after

What Influence Do You Have Over Others?

Are you guilty of holding someone back from accomplishing, or doing, or developing as they should, or could? Good Question, isn't it?

Do You Influence Others
Maybe you have been in a role that influences other people and your actions and behaviours are stopping someone from being the person they can be, or maybe you are influencing them to the point where they question their own ability to succeed.

Lots of Examples
Now, there are several examples that come to mind. Let's take a parent, for example, who has a child or number of children. If one or both parents are the type of individuals who encourage children to develop and not only give them opportunity to do so, but are active with encouraging words and behaviours, then you are in a positive and helpful mode. But, what if, by design or unconsciously, you are stemming the growth and development of children or maybe only one of your children. Would you recognize if you were doing this? Would you change if you did realize that you are hindering, not helping?

Several years ago, I had to replace a receptionist for my unit. Before I advertised for the

5 Examples of when to use silence

1. During arguments. One of the best times to use the power of silence is during an argument is to stay silent. The ego will be trying to force its way out of you and finish the argument but you are the controller, not the ego. When someone is shouting at you, looking for an argument or just picking on you can literally take all the power away from them and keep all your energy by simply looking at them and saying absolutely nothing. This is extremely difficult to do but very powerful.

2. Gossiping. When there is a crowd of people in the workplace there are gossipers who speak about other people. The thing with gossiping is that it is contagious. When we don’t like

The sinister plan to exterminate the Igbo, to eliminate IPOB by FFK

M Jean-Claude Junker, the blunt, strong-willed and battle-tested President of the European Commission blew hot about the precarious plight of the Igbo people and the dangers faced by members of the Indegenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) in Nigeria last week.

He said “it is the people’s right to agitate and make a request from their government. Self-determination is a right enshrined in the United Nation Charter. The people of Biafra have every right to request for a referendum. They have been in this struggle for a while now. They have never killed or shot a bullet instead they are the victims of attacks and murder. The EU hereby condemns the brutal attack on IPOB members and leadership under the pretentious disguise of a military exercise (Operation Python Dance). The Nigerian military is warned to adopt democratic tenets in handling citizens. The EU will not sit by idly and watch things go undemocratic in the largest economy of the West African region”.

This is an excellent assesment of the situation and it provides a timely warning to the Buhari administration about their grave indiscretions and obvious excesses.

Yet instead of addressing the deep concerns that the EU, Amnesty International, the United Nations and many other notable players and organisations on the world stage have about what is going on in Nigeria, Mr. Lai Mohammed, President Buhari’s Minister of Information and a man who told us just a few years ago that it was wrong and unlawful to ban Boko Haram, had only the following to say:

“IPOB is a group sponsored by a coalition of political parties and looters who are bent on derailing the fight on corruption embarked upon by Buhari-APC led government.”

Such unadulterated poppycock and pernicious lies and such baseless allegations and

Motivational Mountains. 2

From a distance, it may appear that there is only one mountain. Sometimes, the distance to the first mountain is enough of a stretch before looking beyond. Life is much the same way in that we all can see at least one mountain that's visible.
So, what is the mountain before you? What challenges does it present? What significance does it have for your life?
Every person in every country, in every city, town, village or rural area has a mountain in their life. This mountain may take on several shapes and sizes but it is a mountain; it's your personal mountain. This personal mountain dominates your vision; it never gets smaller but

Health Benefits Of BITTER KOLA

Bitter Kola also known as Garcinia kola is a tropical flowering plant found in western and central Africa and it produces brown, nut-like seeds.

The nut which is about 3-5 cm in length has an ellipsoid shape. A brown to deep brown peel covers it. This peel is removed before it is eaten. It leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when it is eaten. It is this bitterness that its name is derived.

It has been used in African culture for centuries for both traditional and medicinal purposes. It contains dimeric flavonoid, lipase inhibitor which is believed to have many healing benefits.

*In Yoruba land it is called Orogbo. The Hausas call it Miji-goro, while it is called Akiilu by the Igbos.*

Bitter Kola was eaten mostly by the elderly people because of their belief that it could prolong

How To Handle Toddlers And Sexual Awareness

I tried hard to think of a way I could make it stop. Make it all go away and never feel like I was failing the entire womanhood. But the tears just didn’t stop. They were neither tears of joy or sorrow but filled my eyes as a result of the onions I was chopping. Cooking had never been a problem to me; just don't introduce the nightmare of chopping onions. I wiped the tears off my eyes with the back of my hand before pouring the chopped onions into the oily pot. I emptied the tomato juice from the blender and smiled as I had successfully overcome the travails of onions. I reached for the table cloth and wiped my hands clean before heading for living room to check up on the kids who I left watching Barney and friends.

"I will not play with you again," Timi said

"Ehn, don't play with me again. I will tell my mummy to play with me." Bimpe replied in childish cuteness

How To Increase Sperm Motility And Sperm Count

After a few months of unprotected $ex, it is in the best interest of the man to conduct sperm analysis. This is to ascertain the quality of his sperm. The result will let the man know what next to do. If you have just done sperm analysis or a sperm motility test and it suggests that you need a sperm motility treatment as a result of low sperm motility as revealed in the test then this article is for you.

I will attempt to define the two parameters and then gradually link the definitions to how you can improve and provide treatments for low sperm count and low sperm motility.

What is Sperm count?
Sperm count is the concentration of spermatozoa in the semen per ejaculate or a measure of spermatozoa in the semen in an ejaculation.

It is usually expressed as the number of sperm found per milliliter of an ejaculate. It is a measure of man’s fertility.

Many factors contribute to low sperm count ranging from the hot weather, working
