The Real Me and You.

Every human being is created with various features that make them uniquely different from each other. These features are the things that make an individual different from another. They can be either physical or psychological. The physical features include; complexion, height, weight, texture of voice, facial structures amongst others; while the psychological features are the behavioral pattern of an individual. Some components of the behavioral pattern of an individual include; a person’s dress sense, comportment in public, social abilities, organizational skills amongst others. The combination of these features in different
degrees is different in every human being and these differences in combination, is what makes an individual different from the other. No matter the level of combination of these character traits, there will still be a balance of association among human beings.
Some people have come to accept who they are and have improved on their traits for a better relationship between them and other people while some other people cannot just seem to comprehend or accept who they are. It is either they have not paid enough attention to themselves to discover who they really are or they have discovered who they are and cannot seem to accept it because they believe that they will not be accepted in the society if they are not like other people. Nobody in the world can totally understand and accept another human being; there is only a level of understanding between people but this understanding can only occur when both parties decide to open up to each other without any pretenses. It is now left to individuals to make a choice between; showing their true attributes to whoever they want to associate with, or pretending to be who they are not. A lot of people today have chosen to let go of who they really are and have taken up character traits that are not theirs for acceptance by members of the society. They compromise their sense of judgment in certain situations because they are scared of what people would think about their impulsive actions. They are now so used to pretending to be other people that they have forgotten who they are. Over time, there is now a total extinction of a thoroughly unique individual as this individual has chosen to let go of the beautiful traits the creator has assigned him and decided to tap into traits that are not peculiar to them for the fear of not being appreciated for who they are.
Why won’t we try to be who we are? Why won’t we allow ourselves to find those that will appreciate us for who we truly are? Why would we totally forget our God given beautiful traits for public acceptance? It is important for us to recognize who we really are and make amends where necessary for better association with other human beings but the total rejection of who we truly are is totally unacceptable.
