The Health Dangers Of Eating Table Salt

“Table Salt” is a manufactured form of sodium called sodium chloride. While similar to naturally occurring rock, crystal, or sea salt, table salt merely mimics the taste of these elements. Salt found in the natural world is not usually white. Table salt has been colored white with bleach. And where does this salt come from? Much of it is the actual flaky residue from oil digging. That is correct. Crude oil extract is one way we produce table salt.

Table salt is created by taking natural salt (or crude oil flake leftovers) and cooking it at 1200° Fahrenheit. When this is done, the natural and important iodine is lost.

The Health Dangers Of  Table Salt

1)Table salt  create “false fat”, making us look bloated and up to 9 pounds heavier than we truly weigh. To be 100% clear, Table salt = Fat and Bloated.

2)Table salt causes the blood pressure to rise rapidly because the blood is attempting to move the toxic elements rapidly away from the heart.

3) Table salt is refined and highly processed, with 82 out of the 84 minerals stripped away, leaving behind only sodium and chloride that has a huge amount of caking agents in it,

4)Table salt is particularly hard on both the circulatory system and nervous system.

5)Excessive  table salt causes us to retain waters and other fluids.

6) Chronic imbalances such as diabetes, gout and obesity can be worsened or even partially caused by excessive intake of common table salt.

7)Table salt has all of its minerals removed, which would otherwise help to balance the blood pressure. In order words, table salt causes gross blood pressure fluctuations, instead of stabilizing it.

8)Table salt is not only unhealthy, but can sometimes be toxic.

9) Table salt very often contains dangerous preservatives not required to be listed on the packaging.

10) Table salt crystals are totally isolated from each other. As a food, table salt is absolutely useless, and can potentially act as a destructive poison.

11) The human body has its own way of regulating sodium and chloride. Excess amounts of these compounds are usually expelled in the urine. But of course when you really overload on regular table salt, you could give your kidneys too much to handle. This is why, those already suffering some kind of renal disease have to drastically reduce salt in their diet.
